The FireFly is a 95% scale of the P226 but weighs considerably less — 24.6 oz. compared to the P226’s 34.4 oz. The alloy frame overmolded with polymer makes the difference. The FireFly is Designed to Look and Feel Like a Sig Sauer P226. Maybe it'll smooth out with some use. I have a 22/45 but I prefer the GSG 1911-22 that I chose rather than the Firefly. The 22/45 is more prone to FTF when it gets dirty than the 1911-22.
